Gina’s foundational approach to finance and business management was forged in the heavy equipment manufacturing and agricultural sectors. Working with Morbark Inc., a leading global manufacturer of industrial forestry and wood processing equipment, she gained hands on, real world experience in the operational, financial, and strategic mechanics required to run a high-volume manufacturing corporation. 

Capital Allocation & Investment Management

As Principal for Electric Peak Engineering, Gina oversees financial strategy, capital allocation, and project financing structures. Her corporate finance background encompasses managing sophisticated investment portfolios comprising private and public equities, corporate notes, and municipal bonds. As a partner in a Bozeman-based real estate holdings company, she has directed the development, management, and strategic sale of commercial property and land investments throughout the Gallatin Valley. She was also a co-founder and managing partner alongside Dr. Paul Gentile at First Water from 2017 to 2025.

Community Foundation & Civic Leadership

Gina serves as an active board member of the Morey Foundation.  The board directs grant allocations and capital funding toward transformative community and educational initiatives. Some of their major institutional projects include:

• Technical Trade Education: Establishing the Morey Technical Education Center dedicated to vocational trades.

• Community Sports & Wellness Infrastructure: Funding and developing regional wellness assets, including the Morey Courts (a premier multi-court athletic facility) and the Morey Gymnastics Center.

• Regional Youth & Arts Programs: Supporting public education across Michigan and Montana by funding elementary field trips, the annual Celebration of the Arts, and local music showcases.

Volunteerism & Local Advocacy

Beyond her foundation work, Gina generously donates time to youth athletic programs and public education initiatives throughout the Gallatin Valley. She dedicated years to supporting children with learning disabilities at Hawthorne Elementary.
