Principal Mechanical Engineer

Todd brings a wealth of mechanical engineering expertise to our team. A licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University. His experience includes designing and overseeing HVAC systems for nuclear submarines at NAVSEA, where precision and reliability are paramount. Todd further honed his skills as a Facilities Engineer at Montana State University, managing complex building systems and infrastructure. A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IMechE, he's a seasoned leader in the Built Environment, with 15+ years of experience. His expertise spans sustainability, strategic program development, and performance optimization, tackling projects from national energy strategies to localized off-grid solutions. Tom's ability to navigate both the big picture and the technical details makes him a valuable asset.

Adam Weisenstein PhD

Principal Mechanical Engineer

Dr. Adam Weisenstein, with 15 years of fuel cell and battery research, is a leading battery energy storage consultant. Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, he possesses a deep understanding of battery science and technology, evidenced by 21 granted patents and authorship in key industry publications like Linden's Handbook of Batteries and SAE's Advanced Battery Concepts. As CTO at Æsir Technologies and Battery Grade Materials, he is driving significant advancements in Nickel-Zinc, Lithium-Zinc, and Zinc-Air technologies, improving cycle life, power, and manufacturability, while also securing substantial funding and responsibly mined materials for clean battery technology. A former British Army officer with combat experience, he transitioned to renewable energy, delivering multi-MW projects in the UK and internationally. He founded Your Eco, renowned for high-quality solar and energy storage installations for clients like the National Trust and Tesco. Nick's work extends to remote regions, implementing sustainable energy solutions in the Himalayas, the British Virgin Islands, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Gina Gentile

Business Finance Consultant

Gina unites a valuable combination of financial expertise with a community-focused vision. She holds a Business Finance degree from Montana State University and is experienced with various instruments used to fund commercial projects including bonds, corporate notes and debt financing.

Complementing her financial acumen is her active involvement with a non-profit foundation that has spearheaded impactful projects such as a tech high school and a community recreational center. Zachary Black

Energy Resource Consultant

Zachary brings a unique blend of geological engineering expertise to our energy consulting team.
